<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip decreasing an impact of hitting, having a feeling of stickiness like a spiral polyurethane felt grip and enabling a material in various grip parts to be changed to different one through utilization of a variously colored panel and an insertion part and a simple fixation to a golf club. <P>SOLUTION: The grip provided on the golf club includes the panel including the outer surface and comprising an under wristing sleeve with elasticity, a first part forming the outer surface and outside coming in contact with the cutout part and the insertion part disposed in the cutout part and including the outer surface. The outer surface of the panel comprises the outer surface of the first part and that of the insertion part.
