PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an operation of a protection circuit when shifting to standby mode. SOLUTION: During the standby mode, the operation of a second power supply circuit 22 is maintained by an off-time control circuit 24 and the operation of a protection circuit system 12 is maintained. Furthermore, a voltage can be supplied from a base of an output transistor Q6 of a first power supply circuit 20 through a diode D1 to a base of an output transistor Q3 of the second power supply circuit 22.
