PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystalline alloy resin composition having little molding shrinkage of molded product, little deflection in bending and relatively large tensile elongation and a film having no anisotropy in a linear expansion coefficient in plane direction and a small linear expansion coefficient in thickness direction. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a liquid crystalline resin (A), a thermoplastic resin (B) and at least one species of fillers (C) comprising fine talc particles and fine fired talc particles. In the liquid crystalline resin alloy composition, (1) the thermoplastic resin (B) is at least one species selected from polyether sulfone resins, polyether imide resins, polyamideimide resins, polyarylketone resins, polyarylate resins and polyphenylene sulfide resins, (2) the filler (C) has 0.05-1μm number average particle size and 0.1-0.9μm in at least 50wt.% of the filler.
