<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire history information from an item input into a form to a decision making process. <P>SOLUTION: A Web server 402 comprises a form creating section 302 that has an input item with a history for inputting the decision making process and creates a form capable of holding history data 203, a history data merge section 305 for merging the history data held in the form, and a form display processing part 306 for disclosing the history data only to the user having authority in browsing the form. An input processing section 304 for inputting the history data of an investigation result is disposed in clients 404 and 405 in a detail inspection department. Order data created by the client 401 in an estimation request department is transmitted to one or more clients 404 and 405 in the detail inspection department via the server 402, and the history data of the investigation result is input and returned to the server 402. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
