PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroscopic device capable of restraining the increasing/decreasing width of time for actually irradiating an X-ray in each irradiation time in photographing. SOLUTION: This fluoroscopic device is provided with a plurality of additional filters 22 different in an absorption amount of an X-ray, a movement control part 53 selects the additional filter 22 in response to the thickness of a device M under test, and moves the selected additional filter 22 in an irradiated visual field of the X-ray. Then, as the thickness of the device M under test is reduced, the additional filter 22 having a large absorption amount is selected. A high-voltage control part 51 determines a drive frequency of an inverter 32 in photographing, and makes a tube voltage according to the determined drive frequency to be output from a high-voltage generation part 31. Thus, the drive frequency of the inverter is prevented from being lowered even for the device M under test small in thickness, and the increasing/decreasing width of time for actually applying an X-ray can be restrained. As a result, flicker can be suppressed to an invisible level even when an obtained X-ray image is displayed in an animated form. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
