PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of grease from a hollow shaft and infiltration of water and foreign matters from the outside in a bearing device for a driving wheel, wherein a hub wheel 10, a constant velocity universal joint 30 and a double-row bearing 20 are made into a unit, at least one race 42 of double-row inner races 12, 42 of the double-row bearing 20 is formed to an outside joint member 40 of the constant velocity universal joint 30, the hub wheel 10 is fitted to the hollow shaft of the outside joint member 40, and the fitting part is caulked and elastically jointed by at least partly enlarging or reducing the diameter thereof. SOLUTION: A cap 38 vulcanized and adhered with rubber 39' at least on an outer periphery is press fit in a through hole 46 of an outside joint member 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
