PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric household appliance for cooking, which has the efficiency of the post-sales service improved to be quicker by solving the problem that a user cannot always have a good command of such appliances at the beginning when he/she buys such appliances and considers that the appliances are broken while, in fact, they are not, and contacts service centers or complaints accepting centers of the manufacturer as recent electric household appliances for cooking, such as an electric rice cooker, are provided with more diversified and complicated functions and, of course, manufacturing manuals detailed. SOLUTION: A data communication function that can respond to electric household appliances for cooking in terms of software is added and a communicating function by telephone is combined with each other to achieve post-sales handling on the user side as much as possible regarding cooking with the electric household appliance for cooking once manufactured and sold, as well as malfunction of other functions.
