A pressure swing adsorption method and an apparatus for the same are provided to efficiently obtain high-purity object gas, by collecting the object gas remaining at outlet-sides of adsorption beds after outputting the object gas through collection lines connected to the adsorption beds. First and second adsorption beds(110,120) contain adsorption agents therein, and have inlets and outlets. Input lines(170a,170b) are respectively connected to the inlets of the adsorption beds to induce and pressurize supply gas. Output lines(180,180a,180b) are connected to the outlets of the adsorption beds to output high-purity object gas. An orifice line(140) connects the inlet of the first adsorption bed and the outlet of the second adsorption bed. Collecting lines(150a,150b) induce the high-purity object gas remaining at the outlets of the first and second adsorption beds, from the outlet of the first adsorption bed to the second adsorption bed or from the outlet of the second adsorption bed to the first adsorption bed.
