The device has a control device (10) arranged to the motor (9), which has an inlet for a weather signal supplied by a weather sensor (11) and is so formed that the motor with a temperature limit of 4[deg]C omits and/or executes the assigned movement of the hangings (6) in dependence of the given function of the weather signal. The control device is formed as free programmable controller.
