A device and a method for connecting a pipe in a refrigerator and an air conditioner are provided to easily perform a welding operation regardless of worker's skill when connecting a copper pipe. A device for connecting a pipe in a refrigerator and an air conditioner includes a body(200), a copper pipe insertion hole(230), another pipe insertion hole(240), a connector(250), a first filler material receiving groove(210), and a second filler material receiving groove(220). The copper pipe insertion hole is formed at an end of the body. Another pipe insertion hole is formed at another end of the body. The connector connects another pipe insertion hole to the copper pipe insertion hole. The first filler material receiving groove is protruded from the one end of the body in which the copper pipe insertion hole is formed. The second filler material receiving groove is protruded from another end of the body in which another pipe insertion hole is formed.
