A plasma display apparatus is provided to improve heat-radiating efficiency and to prevent circuit errors by using a carbon-based sheet as a both-sided tape. A heat-radiating plate(40) is installed on a rear surface of a panel(10). One or more driving boards are installed on the heat-radiating plate in order to apply a driving voltage to the panel. A carbon-based sheet(40c) having a laminated or coated surface is attached on the heat-radiating plate. The laminated or coated surface of the carbon-based sheet is exposed to the outside. An FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) is used for connecting the panel and the driving board with each other. One of an upper surface and a lower surface of the FPC is fixed on the heat-radiating plate by using the carbon-based sheet.
