摘要 A titanium molding product with improved sintered body manufacturing performance by applying titanium hydride powder to an injection molding process, a titanium coating product with excellent sintered body performance by using titanium hydride as a coating material, and a titanium coating sprayer and a titanium coating paste having excellent sintered body manufacturing performance by using titanium hydride as a coating material are provided. A powder injection molding product is manufactured by a method for manufacturing the powder injection molding product comprising: a process(S110) of obtaining a molding mixture prepared by homogeneously mixing 40 to 60 volume parts of titanium hydride powder, 10 to 20 volume parts of LDPE(low density polyethylene), 10 to 20 volume parts of HDPE(high density polyethylene), 5 to 10 volume parts of PEG(polyethylene glycol) and 1 to 10 volume parts of PW(paraffin wax) at a temperature condition of 150 to 200 deg.C for 2 hours; a process(S120) of injecting the molding mixture into a powder injection molding equipment at a pressure of 2000 to 5000 psi to form a molded body; a process(S130) of heating the molded body from a room temperature(20 deg.C) to 300 deg.C in a heating rate of 1 deg.C/hr as a first step, and heating the molded body from 300 deg.C to 700 deg.C in a heating rate of 1 deg.C/hr as a second step under the degree of vacuum containing an inert gas and having a pressure of 10^-3 to 10^-6 atmospheric pressure to degrease the molded body; and a process(S140) of sintering the molded body by heating the degreased molded body from 700 deg.C to 1250 deg.C in a heating rate of 5 deg.C/hr in the state of vacuum containing an inert gas.
