An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to efficiently perform the radiation of a circuit substrate and an electrode and to achieve a simple structure. A backlight unit(30) is located at the rear of an LCD panel(20). A chassis receives the LCD panel and the backlight unit. A circuit substrate(71) drives the backlight unit. A shield case(80) is attached at the rear of the chassis and fixes and receives the backlight unit so that the rear of the chassis and the backlight unit are maintained with a predetermined distance. An opening is formed at the shield case. The circuit substrate includes at least one of an LCD panel driving member and an inverter circuit substrate. The shield case is made of metal materials. The shield case includes a fixing member for fixing the circuit substrate. A light source member supplies the light beam to the LCD panel.
