The present invention discloses a method and communication equipment, the method includes: a receiving equipment receives an interference cancellation message that is transmitted by a node device using radio link resource, wherein the message shows the instance of the node device using the radio link resource; the receiving equipment adjusts its radio link resource or other node devices' radio link resource based on the interference cancellation message in order to avoid radio link resource interference between other node devices and the node device. Implementing the present invention can efficiently avoid interference between radio link resources.
