A body stimulating apparatus is provided to improve physically medical value by applying ultrasonic waves generated from a vibration of a vibrator to a user's body. A body stimulating apparatus includes an upper cover(10) coming into contact with a user's body, plural laser generating elements(16) generating a laser of low power through a through-hole(12) formed on the upper cover, a substrate(14) equipped with the laser generating elements for outputting a control signal by receiving an electric signal from the outside, a lower cover(22) formed opposite to the upper cover, a vibrator(20) fixedly formed on the inner lateral surface of the lower cover, and a resilient member(18) fixedly installed on the substrate at one end portion thereof and coming into contact with the vibrator at the other end portion thereof.
