A management module(220) provides a file management menu. An output module(230) outputs at least one of a list of files which are deleted or reduced objects and the capacity of the files on a screen according to a setup item of the file management menu. An execution module(240) executes a storing space generation task according to the setup item of the file management menu. The deleted or reduced object files are extracted from priority.
