A middle transfer belt and a manufacturing method therefor are provided to have a uniform property by uniformly dispersing conductive fillers and reducing a standard deviation of bulk resistance values of respective parts. A middle transfer belt has a CV(Coefficient of Variation) of a bulk resistance value which is 50 or smaller. The middle transfer belt contains a compound of diamine and dianhydride, a conductive filler, and a dispersion stabilizer. The dispersion stabilizer is one or more selected between a titanate compound and a silicate-system surface coupling agent.
