A lifting device for a tobacco leaves drying hanger is provided to secure the space for the drying hanger, and to prevent a worker from being crashed against a holding member installed at an end of a wire by installing a fixing bracket in a backward foldable manner, and to prevent a frame from being deviated toward outside by installing a deviation prevention unit at an end of a guide rail. A lifting device for a tobacco leaves drying hanger comprises: a frame(10), in both sides of which moving rollers(11) are respectively arranged so that they are rolled on guide rails(52) which are longitudinally installed in the drying hanger(50); a winding roller(21), arranged at the center of the frame(10), and winding a wire(26) by means of a driving motor(25); a guide roller(22), installed at the front of the winding roller(21) so as to guide the wire(26); a fixing bracket(23), projected toward the outside of the frame(10) so as to support the guide roller(22); and a lifting unit(20), composed of a holding member(24) which is installed at an end of the wire(26) so as to hold a weaving frame.
