A solenoid pump for preventing wrong operation is provided to mount a cutoff valve at an upper part of a plunger pipe for opening or closing an outlet of an outlet pipe to prevent a fluid, introduced by opening of a check valve of the plunger valve by back pressure applied to an inlet pipe, from being discharged through the outlet pipe, thereby preventing waste of the fluid. A solenoid pump for preventing wrong operation includes a plunger cap(25) mounted at an upper part of a plunger pipe(50) and formed with a path inside for discharging a fluid introduced into the plunger via an outlet pipe(10). A cutoff valve(20) is mounted at a top surface of the plunger cap for opening or closing an outlet(11) of the outlet pipe according to reciprocation of the plunger pipe. The cutoff valve is in the ring shape to be fitted to a protrusion(27) formed on the top surface of the plunger cap.
