A card embedded with anti-fabrication information and a device for discriminating fabrication of the card are provided to hardly make forge/alter the card, such as a credit card, cash card, an ID card, and a resident registration card, and easily discriminate the fabricated card by embedding the anti-fabrication information in the card. An upper layer is written with card information including a card type and a serial number of the card. An inner layer forms the card by joining with the upper layer and is inserted with the anti-fabrication information(200-220). The upper and inner layer comprises a transparent material partially passing light. The anti-fabrication information includes at least one of a barcode, an image, or the serial number. The light over a predetermined intensity passes the upper layer. The light intensity enough to recognize the anti-fabrication information is output to the outside through the inner layer while passing the anti-fabrication information. A lower layer forms a lower side of the card by joining with the inner layer. The card is formed by molding the upper, inner, and lower layer altogether.
