Provided is a self-molding hair modifier having self-molding effect, thereby capable of significantly improving the hair molding manner which uses equipment such as a conventional perm rod or a rubber band. The self-molding hair modifier comprises: a reduction composition including 1-25 wt.% of a reducing agent having a pH of 4-11, 0.5-10 wt.% of a metallic element having a valence of 2, and 0.01-10 wt.% of a softener selected from the group consisting of an inorganic acid, an organic acid, an addition salt thereof, and mineral; a molding composition which includes 0.1-25 wt.% of a sugar compound selected from the group consisting of arginine, carrageenan and a sugar derivative thereof and binds to the metallic element having a valence of 2 to induce the mold; and an oxidizing composition including 0.1-25 wt.% of an oxidizing agent.
