<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter type electromagnetic induction heating device which can supply a required power effectively to workpieces of materials of different qualities. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic induction heating device is provided with a heating coil which conducts an induction-heating of a workpiece, a power source circuit which generates a direct current and an inverter which converts the direct current into a power to supply the above heating coil. A step-up circuit and a step-down circuit are provided connected between the above power source circuit and the above inverter, and in case the workpiece is iron, the inverter supplies the power which is converted from the power generated by the power source circuit to the above workpiece, and in case the workpiece is copper or aluminum, the inverter supplies the power which is converted from a power generated in the step-up circuit and the step-down circuit to the workpiece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
