PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hook-and-loop fastener and other absorbent article from being damaged when the absorbent article is taken out of the package as it remains stacked with on other absorbent articles. SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 is provided with an almost rectangular hook-and-loop fastener 4 both longitudinal ends of the main body 2. Both side ends in width direction of the absorbent article 1 have a hook-and-loop fastener 4 with corners removed in the takeout hole side in the stacked position of the package. Therefore, the edges of hook-and-loop fastener is prevented from scraping or hooking the back sheet 23 of other absorbent article 1, when taken out from the package. As the result, the damage of hook-and-loop fastener 4 of the taken out absorbent article 1 and the damage of back sheet 23 positioned at the next to the taken out absorbent article 1 can be prevented.
