IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM, IMAGE FORMING DEVICE, AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system capable of compensating for correction of deformation of an image output from an image forming device while restraining a processing load at a host computer side.

SOLUTION: A host computer 3000 acquires deformation information specifying a reading address corresponding to deformation of scanning lines from a laser beam printer 100. A CPU 1 of the laser beam printer 100 reads out image data from a RAM 2 by creating the reading address corresponding to the variation information, and transmits it to the laser beam printer 100. The laser beam printer 100 forms an image on the basis of the received image data received from the host computer 3000.
