PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reproduce the device environment of a computer where any problem has been generated, on another computer. SOLUTION: An original computer 1 executes an application program operating on a BIOS preboot environment, and collects device environment data including the storage information, firmware information and non-volatile memory information of the self-computer 1, and sends it to a management server 2. The management server 2 registers the device environment data sent from the original computer 1 in a storage device. A clone computer 3 having the same hardware configuration as that of the original computer 1 executes an application program for restoration operating in a BIOS preboot environment, and acquires the device environment data of the original computer 1 stored by the management server 2, and restores the device environment data on the self-computer 3.
