PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-water therapeutic apparatus constantly providing a favorable thermotherapy even if body sizes of patients are varied. SOLUTION: This warm-water therapeutic apparatus is provided with an assist supporting system 3 for taking a patient in/out of a therapeutic tub 1 from the outside of the therapeutic tub 1. The assist supporting system 3 has a mount member 10 for mounting the patient, and a position moving device 11 moving the mount member 10 between the inside and the outside of the therapeutic tub 1; the mount member 10 has a lower limb mount part supporting the lower limbs of the patient, a buttock mount part supporting the buttocks of the patient, and an upper body mount part supporting the upper body of the patient; and the lower limb mount part is vertically rotationally connected to one end of the buttock mount part, and the upper body mount part is vertically rotationally connected to the other end of the buttock mount part.
