<p>In connection with the various working operations in the production of furs, a not inconsiderable amount of manual labour is involved in the handling of the pelt boards or expansion pelt boards between the various work processes, which in accordance with modern production of furs is mechanised. In order to make the production of furs more profitable, it is necessary to reduce the above-mentioned manual labour to a minimum. There is thus disclosed a device (2) for performing a complete or partial emp- tying/filling of a drying aggregate (4) for upstanding expansion pelt boards (8), with or without taned, or taned and dried pelts), to one or more suitable receiving stations (10, 12, 14) for further transport and/or handling, which comprises a gripping element (18) which can be activated for displacement, the movements of which are controlled by a control unit (68) so that upstanding expansion pelt boards (8) with or without taned, dried pelts, are transferred automatically in upstanding position from the surface (6) of the drying aggregate to a relevant receiving point (10, 12, 14) for further handling and transport.</p> |
