<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slewing gear of a lift-up device for building a tower structure excellent in application properties and safety and capable of safely building a rotary body such as large blades at an air position low from the ground even under a geographical condition not suitable for building on the ground. <P>SOLUTION: In the lift-up device for building the tower structure mounting the rotary body 9 lifted up by the lift-up device 3 on a top end part of the tower structure 2 which is constructed by connecting unit members piled up in order by the lift-up device 3, the slewing gear 8 building the rotary body 9 in a horizontal plane is installed attachably and detachably on the lift-up device 3.
