PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an abnormal state based on information of the numbers of incoming balls and outgoing balls. SOLUTION: This security apparatus is provided with memories such as an incoming ball counter 511, an outgoing ball counter 512 and the like storing the numbers of incoming balls and outgoing balls based on signals from an incoming ball sensor 3a, an outgoing ball sensor 3b and the like provided in a Pachinko machine 1. This apparatus processes abnormality determination parts such as a regular incoming/outgoing ball ratio value abnormality determination part and a probability variable incoming/outgoing ball ratio value abnormality determination part which calculate the ratio of the number of the incoming balls to the number of the outgoing balls and, when the calculated value is greatly differed from a set value, determine it abnormal and fraudulent, by program software using a CPU 6 of a computer and operates a warning device 10.
