PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-voltage lead-in cable with tracking resistance improved and capable of easily distinguishing various insulation wires through visual recognition of colors or the like. SOLUTION: Insulators of the insulation wires 12, 13 for the low-voltage lead-in cable are of an inner and outer double-layer structure, of which, almost all the outer layer is made of a material excellent in weather resistance and tracking resistance, color zone parts 16a, 17a are arranged at parts of the surface side of the outer layer enabling distinction of wire cores, and an insulator 18, 19 each is arranged at the inner layer enabling distinction of the wire core, so that the wire cores are to be distinguished by visual recognition either at appearance before processing of the insulation wires 11, 12, 13 or in an exposed state of the inner layers at processing of the insulators.
