PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a supercharger from being overheated while utilizing a space in a vehicle interior to improve the reliability of the supercharger. SOLUTION: This structure of the cooling system of the vehicle is provided with a supercharger cooling water passage formed in the supercharger 11, an engine cooling water passage formed in an engine 10, a supercharger water supply pipe passage 23 connected with a supercharger water supply port 24 being an inlet for cooling water of the supercharger cooling water passage, a supercharger water drain pipe passage 22 connected with a supercharger water drain port 26 being an outlet for cooling water of the supercharger cooling water passage, and an engine water drain pipe passage 21 for connecting an engine water drain port 13 being an outlet for cooling water of the engine cooling water passage with the supercharger water drain pipe passage 22. The supercharger water drain pipe passage 22 has an upper pipe part 22A arranged above the supercharger 11.
