PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony attaining the effective use of a floor face and satisfactory in draining performance. SOLUTION: The balcony has a floor part 10 forming a floor portion provided on the outdoor side of a building exterior wall, and a face material or wall erected at the end of the floor part. The floor part comprises a drain pan 30 formed of a plate disposed with inclination which forms the height difference, and provided with slits 33 disposed in proximity to the lowest portion; a gutter 40 disposed below the slits on the lower face side of the drain pan to form a drain passage; and a surface mounting material 20 disposed on the whole upper face of the drain pan to form the floor face and allowing water to pass through.
