PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost, while keeping high heat dissipation performance. SOLUTION: A heat dissipator comprises a bottom plate 21, wherein a water supply port 22 for introducing cooling water and a water exhaust port 23 for exhausting the cooling water are formed apart from each other; a water supply channel 26, consisting of a concave passage wherein the cooling water introduced from the water supply port 22, is caused to flow from one end to the other end part; a water exhaust channel 30a and 30b consisting of a concave passage for guiding the heat-exchanged cooling water to the exhaust port 23, which is divided by the water supply channel 26 and partition walls 25a and 25b; and a water exhaust channel 28a and 28b having a semicircular concave shape, which connects the cooling water outlet side in the water supply channel 26 and the cooling water inlet side in the water exhaust channel 30a and 30b. The heat dissipator is equipped with a plate-like heat-receiving body 20, formed by arranging many heat radiation fins 29, to which heat of a heating body is transmitted in the water exhaust channel 28a and 28b. The bottom plate 21 and the heat-receiving body 20 are jointed, in such a manner that the water supply channel 26, the water exhaust channel 30a and 30b, and the semi-circular channel 28a and 28b are sealed up by the bottom plate 21.
