<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooling equipment of a waste plastic molded product capable of feeding the high-temperature waste plastic molded product, of which the surface is in a molten state, immediately after volume-reducing molding molded by a volume-reducing molding machine while suppressing the occurrence of the thermal expansion of the molded product to cool the molded product without mutually bonding the molded products or bonding the molded product to a feed surface. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling equipment of the waste plastic molded product is equipped with a water sprinkler 4 provided to the periphery of a rotary blade 2, which cuts the waste plastic molded product arranged to the molded product outlet of the volume-reducing molding machine of the waste plastic molded product, and a conveyor 6 for feeding the molded product 3, which is cut by the rotary blade 2 and charged in the molded product charging port 10 arranged under the rotary blade 2, while immersing the charged molded product in water to cool the same. A conveyor 6a is composed of a molded product receiving horizontal part 15 for receiving the molded product 3, a water sealing part 16 wherein the conveyor is immersed in water to be sealed with water, a horizontal cooling part 17 for immersing the molded product to cool the same and an upward inclined part 18 for raising the molded product from the horizontal cooling part 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
