PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of inspecting a print mark printed on a design, a pattern, a texture, a color or the like, when the design, the pattern, the texture or the like is printed on a wrapping sheet. SOLUTION: The device includes the wrapping sheet 4 for food, medicines or the like on which a design, a pattern, a texture, a color or the like is printed, having a printing domain having a high transmission rate of infrared light on at least a part; a printing means 6 for printing the print mark 5 having a high absorption rate of the infrared light on the printing domain having a high transmission rate of the infrared light of the wrapping sheet 4; an infrared light illumination means 7 for irradiating the print mark printed on the wrapping sheet with the infrared light; an imaging means 9 having at least sensitivity to the infrared light, for imaging a domain including the print mark irradiated with the infrared light; and an inspection means 11 for inspecting the print mark from an image including the print mark acquired from the imaging means.
