PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray conveyor capable of preventing deformation of a tray for loading and conveying a workpiece in advance. SOLUTION: The tray conveyor 1 has a receiving member 2 provided on stacked trays for supporting a contact part with other trays in a stacked state. The contact part has the strength higher than that of other parts. A fitting part to the contact part of the tray is provided on the receiving member.
