PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polylactic acid resin composition maintaining transparency which is a characteristic of the polylactic acid resin and having flexibility and shape memorizing properties imparted thereto. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid resin composition is obtained by treating an ABA type triblock polymer having polylactic acid blocks (A) and a polydiene block (B) with a linking agent. A method for producing the polylactic acid resin composition comprises treating the ABA type triblock polymer having the polylactic acid blocks (A) and the polydiene block (B) with the linking agent.
