PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming mold on which a glass material hardly bites. SOLUTION: A first forming mold 11 (forming mold) includes a columnar mold main body 13, a housing section 14 and a releasing member 15. In the mold main body 13, the base end face is formed into an attaching face 13b and the tip end face is formed into a convex forming face 13a. The housing section 14 is formed in the mold main body 13 so that one end is opened to the forming face 13a. The releasing member 15 is housed in the housing section 14 in such a manner that the member 15 can be relatively displaced in the axis direction of the mold main body 13 and the tip end of the member 15 can be protruded more than the forming face 13a.
