PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for efficiently manufacturing biochips by realizing the spot deposition of a selective bondable substance, such as DNA on a plastic substrate tending to form burrs, at an accurate spot position. SOLUTION: A biochip substrate made of plastic is held by applying the end surface of the biochip substrate to a stopper, and the selective bondable substance is deposited on the biochip substrate at a desired position as a spot for manufacturing the biochip.
