摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor sensor circuit having a power supply circuit that will not cause measurement errors due to leakage current. SOLUTION: The semiconductor sensor circuit comprises a PMOS 13 for supplying voltage VH to a terminal DOP of a magnetometric sensor 1, an NMOS 15 for supplying voltage VL to a terminal DON, an NMOS 23 connected between the terminal DOP and the voltage VL, and a PMOS 25 connected between the terminal DON and the voltage VH. The NMOS 23 and PMOS 25 are always set to OFF. When the measurement mode is changed to turn off of the PMOS 13 and NMOS 15, leakage current flowing in the PMOS 13 and NMOS 15 is canceled by leakage current flowing in the NMOS 23 and PMOS 25, and errors due to the leakage current are prevented from occurring in potential difference output between the terminals DOP and DON.
