PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit both direct fire cooking and reheating by steam to be performed by providing steam holes with lids on a small pot for Kama-meshi (seasoned rice, meat and vegetables cooked in a small pot) and permit the reheating of Kama-meshi together with the small pot. SOLUTION: A plurality of steam holes 3 are made in the upper peripheral wall of the pot body 1 at a fixed interval. Punched pieces are downward spreadably left outside of the steam holes 3 and formed into lid pieces 4. A flange member 2 of the pot of a ring plate, having a vertical width surrounding the upper portion of the pot body 1, and the upper edge of which inclines inward, the lower edge is formed into the flange 2a of the pot, is attached to the upper outside periphery of the pot body 1 by winding and tightening the upper edge of the member and the opening end of the pot body 1. A steam chamber 5 is formed by the flange member 2 of the pot on the outside periphery at the upper part of the pot body 1 where the steam holes 3 are located. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
