<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle keyless device which is proof against interception of radio waves by an outsider, and can improve the security thereof, by shortening an issuing time period in one frequency of a rolling code, and randomizing a frequency switching order. <P>SOLUTION: According to the vehicle keyless device, an encoded code from a portable machine 2 is transmitted to an on-vehicle machine 1 in which collation of the encoded code is carried out.
