PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic electronic part jig capable of significantly improving attachment of a copper terminal electrode and reducing a defect in attachment thereof. SOLUTION: The jig is one used to thermally treat the ceramic electronic part. At least parts 41, 42 for receiving the ceramic electronic part are configured by titanium or a titanium alloy, or are covered with a coating including a principal component of titanium.
