PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make direct contact of an impeller with sucked air smooth, disperse the sucked air at a gap and receive the same by the impeller, and reduce noise generated by cutting sucked air by the impeller. SOLUTION: An agriculture and stockbreeding fan 1 has a plurality of support rods 3 fixed with suitable interval in an annular direction of an annular frame of the fan projected toward a reverse surface side, is provided with a motor 5 on a collecting base end of the support rods 3, and is provided with the impeller 6 on an output shaft of the motor.
