<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly deal with a user requesting the distribution of stream data. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal of a user requesting the distribution of stream data is used as a node of a distribution tree in which a distribution source apparatus is a route and the terminal of the user relays the stream data to a lower stage. The distribution tree is managed by a distribution management server. Then a process for receiving a distribution request for requesting the distribution of specific stream data, a process for specifying an apparatus having the minimum number of stages and the reserve power of relay by referring to a distribution management DB for storing the number of stages from the route in the distribution tree in each apparatus included in the distribution tree, the reserve power of the apparatus and the access destination data of the apparatus, and a process for reading out the access destination data of the specified apparatus from the distribution management DB and transmitting the read data to the distribution requesting terminal as requested data are executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
