<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic watermark detecting device, capable of correctly detecting watermark values, even when there is an attack in a time direction in a phase electronic watermark system, and to provide an electronic watermark detection method and an electronic watermark detection program. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic watermark detecting device 10 for detecting a watermark value from a moving image, in which a topological invariant is embedded as a watermark value is provided with a watermark component extracting means 102 for extracting each watermark component from a moving image, in which a watermark value including a plurality of different watermark components is embedded; an average value calculating means 104 for calculating the average value of component values of each pixel included in the watermark components; and a specified watermark component determining means 106 for determining whether the watermark component is the specified watermark component to be used when specifying the arrangement unit of a plurality of watermark components, included in the same watermark value among a plurality of watermark components included in the watermark value, on the basis of the average value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
