PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining cloth not tightening the crotch part and/or the leg part of a wearer, and having hip-up effect without flattening the round shape of her (his) hip as much as possible. SOLUTION: The lining cloth for slacks comprises a lining cloth main body 1 made of stretchable knit raw material, a slide fastener 2 and an elastic tape 3 each attached to the lining cloth main body. The lining cloth main body comprises a left-side cloth 11 forming a left-side crotch part A and a left-side leg part B, a right-side cloth 12 forming a right-side crotch part A and a right-side leg part B, an auxiliary cloth 13 forming part of the leg part B, and right and left hip-up reinforcing cloths 14. The cloths of the hip parts 1e of the left-side cloth and the right-side cloth are stretched to be bulged. The auxiliary cloth has an almost rectangular shape. The edge part of one longitudinal side thereof is sewn up to the front-side edge parts of the leg parts of the left-side cloth and the right-side cloth.
