PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder paint providing a coated film having excellent adhesion to a base material, and also having high impact resistance and hardness. SOLUTION: The powder paint contains a polyvinyl acetal powder (A) and a polyamide powder (B), and is regulated so that the component (A) may have 1-200 g/10 min melt flow rate measured based on JIS K7210:1999, and the ratio [(A)/(B)] of the powder (A) to the powder (B) by weight may be (20/100)-(100/5).
