PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure using a building constitutive member, and its construction method. SOLUTION: In the floor structure, the building constitutive member 4A comprising a rising part 41 and an upper flange 42 is installed on a sleeper, a beam 8 or the like, and the upper flange 42 is provided with a floor material 9. The building constitutive member 4A is selected for use out of a group of members integrally provided beforehand with rising parts 41 overlapping in a facing manner through a clearance, the upper flanges 42 extended from the upper end of the rising parts, and lower flanges 43 extended from the lower ends of the rising parts 41. The floor material 9 is installed on the upper flange 42 of the building constitutive member 4A, and a functional body 5A having heat insulating, sound absorbing, sound insulating, fire protecting-resisting or heating functions is disposed in a space part on the back face of the floor material 9 so that its lower face end is supported to the lower flange 43.
