LASER CLEANING METHOD, LASER CLEANING DEVICE, SOLENOID VALVE MANUFACTURING METHOD, SOLENOID VALVE MANUFACTURING DEVICE, AND SOLENOID VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser cleaning method and a device with high practicality, and to provide a method and a device for manufacturing a solenoid valve using a member cleaned by the laser cleaning method and device.

SOLUTION: The device cleans, with laser light, an outer peripheral surface of a member 28 constituting the solenoid valve, and the device includes: (a) a rotary mechanism 102 which holds the member and rotates the member around its axis; (b) a shield gas blowing device 108 which has a blowout nozzle 110 arranged on any one side in a direction, in which the axis of the member held by the rotary mechanism extends, and blows shield gas from the blowout nozzle toward the member so as to cover the entire outer peripheral surface; and (c) a laser light irradiation device 106 which irradiates the outer peripheral surface of the member held by the rotary mechanism with laser light. Thereby performing the laser cleaning of the all peripheries of the outer peripheral surface while preventing the oxidation or the like of the entire outer peripheral surface.
